Abstract

This report talks about the learning journey experienced by five master’s students from Aalto University who participated in the Sustainable Global Technologies (SGT) Studio course. During the process, we explored sustainability of food systems in the Nepalese hospitality industry. This report is a summary of key findings to be shared with our collaborators and to benefit those who study the topic in the future. Findings were collected through qualitative working methods, consisting of literature review, interviews, observations and workshops.
